FROM MANILA:
- Take any bus bound for Laoag, Vigan, Abra, San Fernando La Union, or Ilocos Sur. Bus lines operating these routes are Philippine Rabbit, Partas, Farinas, Maria De Leon, Viron, Dominion, and Panther.
- Your hotel can arrange a taxi to take you to the bus terminal.
